Norm Woods, Parish Administrator


Norm Woods lived most of his life in Detroit Michigan.  When he was eighteen years old, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy.  In 1990, he retired from the Navy as a full Commander (O-5).  He started his professional career in Information Technology and later he worked in Human Resources.  He has done Consulting work and managed large I/T Projects.   Norm has been an Episcopalian since 1984 and has been active in all his parishes.  In 2006, Norm moved to Durham NC from Pittsburgh PA.


St. Titus' Episcopal Church

St. Titus’ Episcopal Church is a vibrant, welcoming, historic, predominantly Black parish which through Divine Guidance serves God and community by opening doors, ears, eyes and hearts as we minister to all people.

Sarah Woodard Parish Deacon

Parish Deacon, the Rev. Deacon Sarah Woodard was born and raised in Raleigh and educated at St. Mary’s High School, Mount Vernon College (D.C.) and UNC at Chapel Hill where she majored in American Studies.  Deacon Woodard has been administrative assistant to Duke Hospital’s chief human resources officer for the past 11 years and was ordained Deacon in June, 2009, with a particular ministry focus of serving the aged and infirm.
